The Buildings Committee was a new Committee in 2019. It meets on the first Tuesday of every month at 7:00pm in the Parish Office. It's prime responsibility is the day to day running of Bishopstoke Memorial Hall. In addition to the Hall, the Committee looks after the other buildings either owned or managed by the Parish Council. Finally, the Committee oversees the Armistice Day arrangements as the Parish Council joins with the local community in honouring those who have made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.

The Committee is appointed at the AGM in May and sits for the following 12 months.

The Committee members, with their attendance at meetings since the AGM, are currently:

Cllrs Winstanley (Chair) (12 of 13 meetings), Dean (Vice Chair) (9),

Greenwood (6), Harris (12) and Toher (12).

Meetings of the Buildings Committee have now restarted virtually. The next meeting is scheduled to be on Tuesday 6th April at 7pm but as it is only two days prior to the election it may be cancelled. The Document Pack and Agenda will be available in the "Useful Links" section elsewhere on this page.
