REFURBISH OR REBUILD

The Parish Council is working together with Eastleigh Borough Council and the current users of the Memorial Hall to develop a project to either refurbish or rebuild the Hall.

Kendall Kingscott have been appointed to oversee the project and we currently have three outline proposals to consider. One (Option A) is to refurbish the existing building and extend it slightly, whereas the other two (Options B and C) are both completely new buildings taking the place of the original, but with slightly different footprints on the meadow.
